Bella joined Lacey West, bringing with her a strong background in the automotive sector.  Bella found the transition into Commercial property management to be a natural fit. She enjoys the hands-on experience in the dynamic world of Commercial real estate. Bella was drawn to commercial property management for its variety and the chance to engage directly with people while overseeing tangible, real-world assets.

Her background in fast-paced, customer-oriented roles has sharpened her ability to think on her feet and solve problems efficiently — strengths that have translated seamlessly into her work in the property sector. Bella is known for her proactive approach, attention to detail, and excellent customer service. Whether working independently or as part of a team, she takes pride in delivering results and building strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders alike.

Bella calls Burleigh Heads home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time at the beach, catching up with friends and family, discovering new cafes and restaurants, and soaking up everything the Burleigh  lifestyle has to offer.
