James is both a Director  of Lacey West Commercial and Lacey West Property Management and has been a long-term part of the company’s successful commercial team since 2011. Over more than a decade with the business, he has built a strong reputation as one of Burleigh Heads’ leading commercial sales and leasing agents, consistently delivering exceptional results across sales, leasing, and investment transactions.

Now serving as Director, James plays a key role in the ongoing success and direction of the commercial division. He is highly regarded for his professionalism, strong market knowledge, and results-driven approach, and is focused on delivering clear advice and a high level of service across every stage of the property process.

Beginning his real estate career in Brisbane in 2007 within residential apartment sales, James returned to the Gold Coast in 2011 before transitioning into commercial real estate shortly after joining Lacey West. Originally from the Gold Coast, he brings strong local insight combined with extensive industry experience.
