We saw a number of contracts signed throughout December and so far in January and many settlements this year so far with interstate buyers wanting to settle here before school begins.
We are continuing to see many properties sell before they are even advertised, buyers know what they want and are ready to act as soon as a property becomes available that suits their needs, this shows confidence and lack of supply in some areas. We believe this is going to be even more apparent throughout the new year as demand will be high.
